Job Description
1) Identify prospective clients, and support in the business acquisition
process of new accounts thereby achieving revenue & profitability
targets for the organization.
2) Developing leads by conducting meetings & presenting customized presentations/ sales proposals to prospective clients, and support in closing new business opportunities.
3) Create a robust lead generation system through industry mapping/ analyzing market trends and cold calls.
4) Work closely with delivery teams to develop solutions based on client requirements.
5) Should have clear understanding & knowledge of the BTL & Event Space.
6) Actively identify customer needs and ensure profitable solution based selling to increase revenues and create value added customer relationships.
7) Identify and follow all customer complaints, concerns or issues and ensure successful resolution.
8) Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospective activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
9) Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members and support functions.10) Plan and develop an industry niche in organizational positioning, business approach, client acquisitions, perceptional enhancement, and relationship building.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should have relevant industry experience of 3 - 5 years.
- Strong communication and presentation skills is a must. He/she should be client relationship builder.
- An understanding of BTL & Events solutions and other marketing services
- Business management, Negotiation, Process orientation skills
- Well versed with Team handling & management, Selling, Marketing & brand management fundamentals
- Go getter & Self starter.
- Education : Education: (UG - Any Graduate) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Marketing, Post Graduation)
